This form must be filled out if you need to send your RS Autosport MegaSquirt ECU in for service.

So we can best serve you, please fill out this questionnaire completely and accurately. We will respond via e-mail with an RMA number and an address to which you should ship your equipment to be inspected and/or repaired.

Please be advised that our standard lead time for repairs is 2-3 weeks.
